The Cherry Lane Studios are a "little oasis" in downtown Sarasota. The property has four units (2 up and 2 down) with each unit containing much of the charm from when it was built in the early 1930's such as clawfoot or pedestal tubs, hardwood floors, vintage moldings and many windows.
Of course, modern conveniences have been added to Cherry Lane Studios such as full size appliances in the kitchen, new murphy beds in the downstairs units and modern paint colors throughout.
Out the back door of each unit at Cherry Lane Studios is a small porch with acess to a common yard containing a laundry facility and common patio area for entertaining and use by the residents.
One parking spot, water and refuse is included in the monthly rent.
